  1. Why the weigh which is shown at Landashop is not the real one?

    Because Landashop calculates the volumetric size (weigh/dimensions) as the transport companies do.

  2. What’s the fastest way of shipment?


    UPS offer urgent shipment services:

    UPS Standard is the normal service. Saver, Express saver and Worldwide Express Plus are the UPS urgent services.

    With Nacex or Envialia the normal service takes 24 hours from the shipment moment (19:00h. next day Spanish time).

    In short we will add post mail as an additional service.

  3. Is it possible to join together two orders to be shipped at the same time?


    Landatel can ship two orders at the same time placed separatedly but each one will have its own shipping costs, because they were made separatedly.

  7. Can you make shipments to P.O. Box?


    Not in Spain but we do it in some countries. Please ask us your case sending an email to comercial<at>landatel.com (just with one m).

  8. Can you work with other courier companies?


    Landatel works with Nacex, Envialia and with UPS for national shipments and with UPS and Postal Service (EMS) for international ones. If you want your goods travel with other company, you just have choose Local Pick up and send the company you prefer to pick them up. Please write down as a comment which one will be.

    Apart from the insurance according to the kind of service you hire, Landatel insures additionally all shipments.

    You will have to repeat the order selecting the way of payment you prefer and you will have to write at the comments section which order this one substitute to, and we will prepare the new one for you.
